In the months of October 2020 to January 2021, CEMSAE Foundation developed a diagnosis in which the needs and challenges that are experienced in the community of Los Llanos de Temalhuacán and La Saladita, Guerrero were identified. These will be addressed to provide long-term solutions in the Hearts of the Earth Project. In this diagnosis, the immediate and imminent need to provide nutritional support to children with malnutrition in the community was identified so that the lack of economic resources is not an impediment to having access to a healthy and balanced diet.
In addition to this nutritional support, we saw the opportunity to provide immediate support in the cultural, educational, sports and self-employment aspects, taking into account the impact that the Covid-19 pandemic has had on the economy of families and on the formation of boys and girls, mainly those in this age range.
